Grapes-App is a mobile application designed to support mental health and overall wellness by offering a compact digital adaptation of the daily practice of GRAPES©, an evidence-based tool rooted in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

This application encourages users to select a straightforward activity from each of its various categories each day. While GRAPES© is suitable for a broad audience, it is particularly beneficial for individuals managing anxiety and depression. The app aims to promote emotional balance, enhance mood, and facilitate progress tracking over time. Users can save their activity logs to share with therapists, coaches, or other mental health professionals for more tailored support.

Users can monitor their daily planned activities and have the option to share activities they find especially meaningful with the app's community. Additionally, the Global Feed feature allows users to view others’ activities and gather inspiration for their own GRAPES© practices.

Guidelines for effective use include planning each category activity early in the morning. Sharing your commitments with a therapist, trusted friend, or family member is encouraged to support accountability and consistency.

The DBT framework and the GRAPES© tool were developed by Marsha M. Linehan, the originator of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
